Shipping policy

Our latex garments are made and shipped from the UK.

All orders are sent with a tracking number that in most cases will allow you to track your parcel all the way to your door.

We use discrete packaging with no branding on the outside of the parcel for your privacy.

Please note, shipping upgrades only apply to the shipping time itself, and not to the production time.

If you live outside the UK, your country’s customs will inspect goods as they arrive. Sometimes they apply duties and taxes and a small clearance or handling fee which you will be contacted about and asked to pay before your parcel is delivered. This is dependant on each counties custom thresholds, any trade agreements that are in place and the courier companies handling cost. Please note this is not included in our product or shipping cost and is the customers responsibility.

US and Canada customers only:

Duties will be automatically added at checkout and all orders will be shipped with DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) to meet the new US customs requirements and to streamline the shipping process for our customers.
