LATEX CAREYour garment will be washed in Vivishine and talc applied to the inside
Cleaning - Latex should be cleaned after being worn by rinsing inside and out with luke warm water. It should be dried flat or on a wooden or plastic hanger before storing in a plastic bag or tissue paper.
Storage - Your latex should be stored away from heat, humidity and light so as not to affect the finish and shine.
Handling - Please be gentle when pulling your garment on and off as latex is fragile and too much stretching may result in a rip. Be extra careful to remove any jewellery before dressing as any edges such as rings or fingernails can cause a tear in the material.
Light coloured latex can be stained by certain types of metal so be careful not to handle coins or wear piercings that are in contact with your garment otherwise a permanent yellow stain may occur. Perfumes and oil based lotions may also chemically affect the latex finish.
Shining - Latex can be polished to a high shine using silicon based sprays or wipes, I would recommend Armorall or Vivishine.
LATEX ALLERGYNatural latex may cause an allergic reaction to some people. If you think you may have an allergy you should avoid contact with all latex products.

The current lead time is displayed at the top of the page. Sometimes a particular colour of latex may be out of stock and we will let you know straight away if this is the case and it is likely to affect the shipping time.
We would advise that if your parcel arrives damaged that you do not accept the delivery, otherwise only you could make a claim for compensation yourself. The customer is responsible for any customs fees.UK - Parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery - these usually arrive within 1-2 days of posting.
EUROPE - Parcels are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - please note, as of 1st July 2021 VAT is being charged on parcels sent to the EU, the customer is responsible for paying VAT and duties before their parcel will be released from customs. We are currently working on a solution to collect this at checkout to make the customs process quicker and easier.
INTERNATIONAL - Parcels are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and usually arrive 7-10 days after posting although due to the current COVID situation this may take a little longer.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept lingerie due to hygiene issues, or items made bespoke for you. Under the Distance Selling Regulations we are permitted to exclude custom made/bespoke items from your returns policy except if there is a genuine defect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
